A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with STRATO. 4. Data collection on this website Cookies and storage in your browser This website stores information on your device or reads it from there (cookies and similar techniques) only where this is strictly necessary for technical reasons or where you have given your consent. The only strictly necessary storage is your choice from the cookie settings: it is stored in your browser’s local storage („wea_consent“) so that it is respected on your next visit (§ 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG). Contact form If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the form, including the contact details you provide there, are stored so that we can handle the enquiry and any follow-up questions. The processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to the performance of a contract or to pre-contractual measures; in all other cases it is based on our legitimate interest in handling enquiries effectively (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). The contact form sends your message to us by email; it is not additionally stored in the website database. The data stays with us until you ask us to delete it, until you withdraw your consent, or until the purpose of storage no longer applies. Mandatory statutory retention periods remain unaffected. Enquiries by email or phone If you contact us by email or phone, your enquiry including all personal data arising from it is stored and processed for the purpose of handling your request. No connection to third-party servers is established for this purpose. 8. International visitors and transfers This website is aimed at clients in Germany and abroad. Regardless of where you are located, your data is processed on servers in Germany. A transfer to a third country outside the EU only takes place where a service you have consented to requires it, and only on the basis of an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards pursuant to Art. 44 et seq.
